Moroccan Meat tagine with prunes and apricots


Ingredients

Meat

Onions

Chopped Coriander and parsley

Garlic

Vegetable and olive oil

Spices: Salt + Black pepper + Ginger + Curcuma

+ Cinnamon

Apricots

  almonds Boiled, blanched and fried 

Boiled eggs

Method of preparing meat tagine

Put meat, chopped coriander and parsley, garlic, vegetable and olive oil, and seasoning together. Then let the meat absorbs well spices. 

It is good to let meat with spices until the morning and then cook them.

Put the meat to fry in the pressure cooker with oil, put chopped onions

.Put water and let the meat to cook

Boile prunes In watter in a cooking pot and apricot in water in another cooking pot. 

 After cooking prunes and apricots and separate them of water put them with some of meat sauce, cinnamon and granulated sugar and then cook them until they are sitting in a thick syrup. 

 

.After meat is cooked

Put it in a tagine and decorate it with prunes , apricots , Boiled eggs, and almonds
